Gyuri strives to be transformed by sociocracy and Jesper Juul’s authentic leadership concept, and with their help he brings transformation into the world. He envisions a new culture of togetherness, especially in contexts in which children grow up and learn: in families, communities and the education system. Here, together with like-minded people, he sets impulses and initiatives and explores low-threshold approaches to circle culture and participation.
As a consultant, he works primarily in the field of NGOs and social institutions and has gained a lot of experience over the last 5 years as a team-leader of sociocracy implementation in large customer projects.
In the Association of German-speaking Sociocracy Centres, Gyuri is active as trainer in the training program for CSE – Certified Sociocracy Experts and in the working group “quality assurance & education.”

Gyuri lässt sich durch die Soziokratie und das authentische Führungskonzept Jesper Juuls transformieren und bringt seither mit ihrer Hilfe Transformation in die Welt. Seine Vision ist eine neue Kultur des Miteinanders, insbesondere in Kontexten, in denen Kinder aufwachsen und lernen: in Familien, Gemeinschaften und im Bildungssystem. Hier setzt er gemeinsam mit Gleichgesinnten Impulse und Initiativen und erforscht niederschwellige Zugänge zu Kreiskultur und Partizipation.
Als Berater ist er vor allem im Bereich von NGOs und Sozialen Einrichtungen tätig und konnte in den letzten 5 Jahren viel Erfahrung als Leitung der Soziokratie Einführung bei großen Kundenprojekten sammeln.
Im Verband deutschsprachiger Soziokratie Zentren ist Gyuri seit 2022 als Trainer in der CSE-Ausbildung (Certified Sociocracy Experts) und im Arbeitskreis Qualität&Ausbildung tätig.
