Kathy Sipple is a sociocracy consultant, facilitator, and community builder based in Valparaiso, Indiana, just outside Chicago in the United States. She is dedicated to helping organizations create governance structures that are both human-centered and highly effective. With training through multiple sociocracy teachers and years of hands-on experience, she guides nonprofits, grassroots initiatives, and mission-driven businesses in building inclusive decision-making, clear communication, and collaborative leadership practices.
Kathy also serves as a Resiliency Coordinator for Earth Charter Indiana where she has contributed to projects at the intersection of climate, conservation, local food, sustainability and community organizing. A best-selling author and award-winning podcast host, her work highlights personal stories as well as regional innovation in sustainability. She has designed and facilitated workshops on systems change, regenerative practices, and community resilience.
