An organizational psychologist with more than 25 years of experience, Jacob has extensive experience with a wide range of transformation and integration processes, distribution of leadership, empowerment and sociocracy/holacracy | Erhvervspsykolog med mere end 25 års erfaring. Jacob har omfattende erfaring med en bred vifte af transformations og integrationsprocesser distribution af ledelse, empowerment samt sociokrati og holakrati.
Som erhvervspsykolog har Jacob i mere end 25 år arbejdet med coaching og udvikling i mange forskellige typer virksomheder. Han har omfattende erfaring med en bred vifte af transformationsprocesser med et stærkt fokus på at integrere læring og udvikling som organisationsstruktur og proces gennem distribuering af ledelse på nye måder.
Han bruges som projektleder, ekspert partner, coach og facilitator på mange niveauer og arbejder ofte med langsigtede projekter i tæt samarbejde under opstart, etablering og implementering af forandringer på individ-, team- eller organisations niveau.

As an occupational psychologist Jacob has for than 25 years worked with coaching and development in many different types of enterprises. He has comprehensive experiences with a wide range of transformation processes with a strong focus on integrating learning as an organizational structure and process through distributing leadership in new ways.
He is used as project manager, expert partner and facilitator on many levels and working with long-term transformation projects in close collaboration during upstart, establishing and the implementation of changes on individual, team or organizational level.
