Doris Wilhelmer

Doris Wilhelmer PhD is a systemic innovation researcher (AIT-Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH), organisational developer and sociocracy consultant. Her focus is on action research (Living Labs, City Labs, agile networks and organisations) for the networking of business, politics and civil society as well as participatory foresight processes (see publications) on national and European/ international level. When counseling sociocratic organisations and neighbourhoods, Doris Wilhelmer also integrates interventions from group dynamics and organisational development (ÖGGO) als well as from systemic structural constellations (Matthias Varga von Kibed/ Insa Sparrer) and from hypnosystemic organisational development (Gunther Schmid, Stephen Gilligan) as needed. What is really important to Doris is the trust in the potential of people and systems and the joy of bringing “new things” into the world together with her clients at eye level. She is passionate about expanding the possibilities, joy and resilience of people and social systems.

Mag. Dr. Doris Wilhelmer, ist systemische Innovationsforscherin (AIT-Austrian Insti­tute of Techno­logy GmbH), Organisationsentwicklerin und Soziokratieberaterin. Aktionsforschung (Living Labs, City Labs, agile Netzwerke und Organisationen ) zur Vernet­zung von Wirt­schaft, Politik und Zivilge­sel­lschaft und partizipative Foresight­prozesse zählen bei österreichischen und europäischen Projekten zu ihren Schwer­punkten (siehe Publikationen). Bei der Beratung soziokratischer Organisationen und Quartiere integriert Doris Wilhelmer bedarfsbezogen auch Interventionen aus der Gruppendynamik und Organisationsberatung (ÖGGO), von der systemischen Strukturaufstellung (Matthias Varga von Kibed/ Insa Sparrer) und aus der hypnosystemischen Organisationsentwicklung (Gunther Schmid, Stephen Gilligan) etc. Was Doris wirklich wichtig ist, ist das Vertrauen in die Potentiale von Menschen und Systemen und die Freude daran, in Kooperation mit ihren Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe “Neues” in die Welt zu bringen. Die Erweiterung von Möglichkeiten, Freude und Resilienz von Personen und sozialen Systemen sind ihr ein Herzensanliegen.
