Brigitte has in-depth and wide-ranging knowledge across various areas of organisational development. As the person responsible for workplace health management and diversity & inclusion, she has many years’ leadership experience in both profit and non-profit organisations.
As a psychologist (FSP), specialist in systemic organisational development, ICF PCC-certified coach and CSE-certified sociocracy expert, she advises on and supports processes that facilitate co-creation, participation and collective intelligence, whilst strengthening people’s sense of self-efficacy.
As the founder and business partner of pasos ltd, she focuses on holistic, evolutionary, potential-unlocking and systemic consultancy. She draws on her many years of practical experience in transformation processes to support people and organisations seeking genuine change.
