Andreas Jonsson

Andreas works as a sociocratic trainer and consultant in the Nordic countries. He has implementation and leadership experience in a wide variety of organizations. Schools, non-profit networks and associations, municipalities, private companies, eco-villages and co-ops, are all in his professional domain of training and consulting. Trainer and consultant in both Sociocracy and Permaculture. Andreas trains and facilitates groups of all sizes into more naturally aligned and functional patterns of collaboration. He has long term leadership, consultant and training experience in a wide variety of organizations. Schools, non-profit networks and associations, municipalities, private companies, eco-villages, co-housing and co-ops, are all in my professional domain. Most days are spent working face-to-face in Northern Europe and the Nordic countries, and online in academy trainings through Sociokrati.nu. Andreas is a founding member of three sociocratically run educational coops, Rotad.nu, Sociokrati.nu and The Nordic Permaculture Academy. Online, his work has a global touch, and since 2017, he’s a working member with Sociocracy for All.

Han har lång erfarenhet av ledarskap, konsultverksamhet och utbildning inom en rad olika organisationer. Skolor, ideella nätverk och föreningar, kommuner, privata företag, ekobyar, bostadsrättsföreningar och kooperativ ingår alla i hans yrkesområde. De flesta dagar tillbringar han med att arbeta ansikte mot ansikte i Nordeuropa och de nordiska länderna, samt online med akademiska utbildningar via Sociokrati.nu. Andreas är grundande medlem i tre sociokratiskt drivna utbildningskooperativ: Rotad.nu, Sociokrati.nu och The Nordic Permaculture Academy. Online har hans arbete en global prägel, och sedan 2017 är han aktiv medlem i Sociocracy for All.
