Lisa Praeg is a certified sociocracy consultant and changemaker in democratic innovation. With over a decade of experience in participatory transformation, she supports startups, schools, NGOs, and public institutions in building resilient, participatory structures and culture shifts that matter.
Her unique strength: bridging systems thinking with democratic practice. Through her initiative Levelup Democracy, she develops cutting-edge models for children’s and youth participation – including sociocratic children’s parliaments, inclusive election formats, collaborative methods and decision-making tools like the Art of Hosting, Flow Game, Dynamic Facilitation and systemic consensus. As a board member of IG Demokratie, she co-leads initiatives that renew democracy from the ground up – practical, scalable, and future-oriented.
Lisa specializes in school development, educational leadership, class dynamics, and the cultural work of structural change. She works at the intersection of social innovation, political education, and organizational learning – empowering teams and young people alike to step into shared responsibility and agency.

Lisa Praeg ist zertifizierte Soziokratieberaterin und Wegbereiterin für demokratische Innovation. Mit über zehn Jahren Erfahrung im Feld partizipativer Transformation begleitet sie Startups, Schulen, NGOs und öffentliche Träger beim Aufbau wirkungsvoller Entscheidungsstrukturen und lebendiger Beteiligungskultur.
Ihr USP: Sie verbindet systemische Organisationsentwicklung mit gesellschaftspolitischem Anspruch. Mit der Plattform Levelup Democracy entwickelt sie neue Formate für Kinder- und Jugendbeteiligung – von soziokratischen Kinderparlamenten, Kollaborationskultur bis zu Entscheidungsmethoden wie Art of Hosting, Flow Game, Dynamic Facilitation oder Systemischem Konsensieren. Lisa ist spezialisiert auf Transformationsprozesse in Bildungskontexten (Schulentwicklung, pädagogische Führung, Klassendynamik) sowie auf die Begleitung sozialer Innovationen im Spannungsfeld zwischen idealistischer Vision und praktischer Umsetzbarkeit. Sie schafft Räume für Mitverantwortung und Co-Kreation – besonders für junge Menschen, aber auch für Organisationen, die echte Mitgestaltung verankern wollen.
